Super Omnia Services is recruiting an experienced HR Manager on behalf of a client in the FMCG industry to oversee and manage the client's human resources functions, ensuring effective recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations

- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Oversee employee performance, engagement, and welfare
- Manage disciplinary and employee relations matters
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
- Contribute to workforce planning and organizational development
- Maintain accurate HR records and reports
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 6+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably within the FMCG industry
