Trade Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Trade Marketing Manager to drive our national trade marketing strategies, align commercial priorities, and lead nationwide execution of promotions, activations, and visibility initiatives

Job Details

• Location: Lagos
• Annual Gross Salary: NGN 30m - 40m
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience, with at least 3 years at a managerial level

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement national trade marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
• Drive channel-specific strategies across Distributor, Wholesale, General Trade, and Modern Trade channels
• Lead nationwide execution of promotions, retail activations, and visibility initiatives to ensure measurable commercial ROI
• Support Sales teams with robust trade tools, programs, and execution frameworks

Requirements and Qualifications

• First degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline
• MSc/MBA or relevant professional certifications are an added advantage
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience, with at least 3 years at a managerial level
• Prior experience in trade marketing within a similar bottling or FMCG industry is strictly required
• Strong execution focus, data analysis, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
