About the Role
Cway Food and Beverages is hiring an Internal Auditor in Ota, Ogun State. The role suits a detail-oriented, analytical professional passionate about excellence and integrity in business operations, who will drive effective internal control and risk management across the business
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute internal audit activities across departments and business units
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management and governance processes
- Identify control weaknesses, risks and areas for improvement
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations and management action plans
- Follow up on the implementation of agreed actions and ensure timely closure
- Work with management to promote a culture of compliance, accountability and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
- Professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, CISA or equivalent) is an added advantage
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in internal audit, risk management or a related field
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- High integrity, confidentiality and attention to detail
