About the Role
Fauna Agro Produce is hiring a Head of Customer Service to lead its customer service team at its Ijora Olopa, Lagos location
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and manage the customer service team
- Develop and implement effective customer service policies and strategies
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain service standards
- Handle escalated inquiries and resolve complex issues efficiently
- Monitor team performance, set goals and report to senior management
- Train staff and drive initiatives to improve customer experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or HND in any field
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in customer service
- Experience in the retail or food industry is a plus
