About this role
NotionwaveTech, an enterprise solution development and consultancy firm, is hiring an Accountant in Abuja to support the finance function by maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, managing reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
Location: Abuja, Nigeria (On-site)
Employment Type: Full time
Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
- Process invoices, payments, and journal entries
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations
- Manage accounts receivable and payable
- Assist with budgeting and financial analysis
- Support tax and statutory compliance
- Maintain accurate accounting records
- Assist during audits
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in the FMCG or Supply Chain industry
- Hands-on experience with any accounting software and inventory accounting
- Experience in stock reconciliation, receivables, payables, and financial reporting
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- High attention to detail and integrity
