About the Role
CodelabProjects is seeking a smart, energetic, and trainable Digital Marketing and Cold Call Agent to support customer engagement, lead generation, digital marketing, and online brand visibility. The role combines outbound cold calling, customer engagement, social media support, and digital marketing execution.
Location and Schedule
Sabon-Lugbe, Airport Road, Abuja (onsite). Full-time day and night shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls and follow up with prospective clients and leads.
- Support digital marketing campaigns across social media and online platforms.
- Create, post, and engage with content on company social media pages.
- Respond to customer inquiries and maintain accurate customer records.
- Support lead generation and online engagement activities.
- Assist with graphic design and marketing materials using Canva, Adobe tools, or similar software.
- Monitor online engagement and support customer experience improvement.
- Learn and adapt to company systems, scripts, products, and digital tools.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer support teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- NYSC completed or currently serving candidates may apply.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Graphic design experience using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar tools.
- Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy, adaptable, creative, and highly trainable.

Compensation
NGN 220,000 per month.
