Virtual Assistant - Day & Night Shift

CodelabProjects (Code Lab IT and Engineering Services) is hiring a Virtual Assistant for day or night shift. The role provides virtual assistance to an overseas client, but it is fully onsite at the company office in Sabon-Lugbe, Abuja. This is not a remote position.

Remuneration

• Salary: NGN 240,000 gross per month.
• Performance bonus: NGN 150,000 when targets are met (or pro rata).

Qualifications and Requirements

• 2-3+ years of relevant experience in virtual assistance, administration, sales coordination, dispatching, recruitment, personal assistance, or customer support.
• Previous experience working with overseas companies or international clients is strongly preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Can articulate very clearly and with zero or no accent.
• Must be highly articulate with very clear, professional, and neutral/minimal-accent spoken English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with digital communication/productivity tools.
• Excellent organization, multitasking, and follow-up skills.
• Professional, reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to work either day or night shift.
