The Mastercard Foundation, in partnership with Jobberman, is accepting applications for a new intake of the Mastercard Foundation Associates Program across Nigeria, Ghana, Liberia, Sierra Leone and The Gambia

About the Program

The Associates Program is a 12-month paid work placement and professional development program that helps young people move from education into meaningful and dignified employment. Associates are matched with host employers based on their skills, experience, career interests and available openings, and receive employability training, mentorship and career transition support

Job Details

• Location: Multiple locations across Nigeria (placement with host employers)
• Duration: 12 months
• Job Type: Paid placement
• Stipend: USD 230 gross (paid in local currency)

Who Should Apply

• Graduates aged 18-35
• 0-2 years of work experience
• Completed or exempted from the National Youth Service programme
• Legally eligible to work in the country where the job is based
• Able to commit full-time to the placement
• Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program alumni are welcome to apply
