Full Stack Engineer

Mutual Trust Microfinance Bank, a growing Nigerian financial institution, is seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to design, develop and maintain technology solutions that support its financial and microfinance operations

The ideal candidate should have strong software development skills and an understanding of financial workflows, including customer onboarding, loan processing, repayments, collections and reporting

Job Details

• Location: Lagos, Nigeria
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Work Mode: Hybrid
• Compensation: NGN 600,000 - 800,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable web applications and fintech solutions
• Develop workflows for customer onboarding, loan processing, repayments, collections and reporting
• Build and integrate APIs, databases and third-party financial services
• Develop secure, user-friendly front-end and robust back-end systems
• Translate business requirements into practical technology solutions
• Automate and improve existing financial processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
• At least 4 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or Engineer
• Strong front-end and back-end development skills
• Experience with APIs, databases, Git and the software development lifecycle
• Experience in banking, fintech, microfinance or related financial services is highly preferred
• Good understanding of financial systems and business workflows
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
