The Marketing and Brand Lead will build the strategy, own the execution, and drive growth across priority brands

- Locations: Enugu and Lagos, Nigeria
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Work Mode: On-site
Key Responsibilities
- Develop campaigns and launch plans for priority brands
- Create sales tools that help representatives persuade and convert customers
- Turn market and competitor insights into practical growth opportunities
- Coordinate marketing activities with the field sales team
- Track campaign performance, leads, orders, and repeat purchases
Requirements
- Relevant degree
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing or brand management
- Strong communication and planning skills
- Evidence of campaigns delivered
- Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or consumer goods is preferred
