Partnerships & Community Manager

A company in the sportsbook and gaming industry is seeking a Partnerships and Community Manager to identify, build and manage strategic partnerships that drive the growth of the organization's brand and customer base

The role will build relationships across sports, creators, influencers, entertainment, grassroots communities, brands, corporate organizations and technology partners, while driving measurable impact in brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement and retention

Job Details

• Location: Lagos, Nigeria
• Industry: Sportsbooks and Gaming
• Reports To: Head of Marketing / Commercial Director
• Salary: NGN 1,000,000 - 1,200,000
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years

Education / Professional Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in partnerships, community management, sponsorships, brand activations or a related commercial role, with demonstrable experience within the sportsbook, gaming, sports entertainment or closely related industry
• Experience within the sportsbook, gaming or fintech industry is an added advantage

Skill Requirements

• Strong relationship management, negotiation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Good understanding of sports, creator, influencer and community ecosystems
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and develop mutually valuable partnership opportunities
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to track partnership performance, engagement, acquisition and ROI
• Professional demeanour and strong interpersonal skills
• Good planning and organizational abilities
