Requirements and Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree or HND in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline
• Recent graduate, NYSC member, or candidate seeking practical experience in Human Resources
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Basic proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and spreadsheet management
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and work collaboratively with a team
• Good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Prior HR experience or knowledge of HR practices is an advantage but not mandatory
