Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and business expansion
• Identify new business opportunities, prospects, and potential partnerships
• Execute sales and marketing initiatives to generate leads and increase conversions
• Interpret business strategies and translate them into actionable growth plans
• Monitor sales performance, analyse business metrics, and recommend improvements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
• Identify market trends and opportunities to improve the company's competitive position
• Collaborate with relevant teams to achieve business objectives and revenue targets

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Business Development
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of sales, marketing, and business development
• Technical knowledge and experience in the use of Excel and other relevant work platforms
• Ability to understand, interpret, and implement business strategies
• Proven ability to execute revenue growth initiatives and achieve measurable results
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
• Highly proactive, professional, and target-driven
