Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for tax consulting services
- Build and maintain relationships with individual and corporate clients
- Promote tax advisory, compliance, audit support, and tax relief services
- Prepare proposals and presentations for prospective clients
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term business relationships
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop tailored client solutions
- Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, and identify growth opportunities
- Meet sales targets and prepare periodic business development reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 5-10 years' experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management
- Experience in tax consulting, financial services, professional services, or B2B sales is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to build relationships and close business deals
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
