Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of HND or BSc in a related discipline
• 2+ years of experience in customer service
• Must be fluent in Yoruba and Hausa
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Ability to handle pressure and stress effectively
• Enthusiasm for building relationships with customers
