Job Details

• Location: Lagos, Nigeria (fully onsite, office-based)
• Reporting to: Marketing Lead - Nigeria
• Experience: 3 to 5 years

The Senior Marketing Coordinator is responsible for end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across digital, CRM, social media, and offline channels, from project planning and stakeholder coordination to content production and performance reporting

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns in line with business objectives and brand standards
• Develop and manage detailed project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and track all campaign assets
• Define the right channels for each campaign phase and develop channel-level budgets with the Marketing Lead
• Coordinate internal teams (designers, CRM, project managers, Social Media Coordinator, business unit leads) and external vendors for billboards, radio, TV, and events
• Oversee marketing collateral and produce monthly CRM copy for email, WhatsApp, in-app, and push notifications
• Monitor, analyse, and report campaign performance against KPIs with actionable recommendations
• Support and mentor junior marketing staff and stay current on industry and competitor trends

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of marketing experience with a strong focus on campaign coordination or project management; senior coordinator experience preferred
• Proven experience planning and executing campaigns across digital, social media, CRM, and offline channels
• Strong timeline management, resource allocation, and stakeholder coordination skills
• Excellent written and verbal English and hands-on copywriting experience
• Solid analytical skills and strong attention to detail under tight deadlines
