Confidential education employer (study-abroad and immigration business) is hiring a Content Creator to scale the brand through skits, viral trends, and engaging short-form video. The role is onsite in Lagos

• Focus: Skits, viral trends, and short-form video for student leads

Compensation

NGN 150,000 - 250,000 monthly. Compensation depends on experience, proven results, and level of responsibility. Performance-based bonuses may apply for videos and campaigns that hit agreed targets for views, engagement, and leads

Key Responsibilities

• Write, act in, and produce funny, relatable skits around study abroad and immigration
• Spot trending sounds, challenges, and formats and adapt them to the brand quickly
• Shoot and edit short videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
• Plan and keep to a weekly content calendar
• Track performance and use the numbers to improve what you post
• Engage with followers and turn views into inquiries

Requirements

• Proven experience creating short-form video content
• A strong portfolio of skits, trends, or viral content
• Confidence on camera and a natural, creative personality
• Skills in video shooting and editing (CapCut, InShot, or similar)
• Strong understanding of social media trends and algorithms
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-growing environment
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
• Ability to work onsite in Lagos
• Applicants must provide links to previous content with metrics such as views, engagement, follower growth, or campaign results
