Job Details
- Location: Abuja, Nigeria
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Salary: NGN 300,000 - 400,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct tenders and opportunity searches
- Prepare documents for Expressions of Interest (EOI) and proposals (RFP)
- Work with the team on planning, execution, and delivery of client projects within scope, budget, and timeline
- Conduct market research and data analysis to support project recommendations
- Develop reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate project findings and insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and implementation
- Track project performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- Higher education degree in Sciences, Engineering, Management, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in project management; management consulting or advisory experience is preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and data visualization tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative mindset
