About this role
HR-EX Consulting is seeking an experienced, commercially driven Chief of Staff to translate leadership priorities into execution, strengthen management accountability, coordinate cross-functional activities and drive strategic growth opportunities
Job Details
- Location: Lagos, Nigeria (travel as required)
- Work Mode: On-site

Key Responsibilities
- Drive execution of strategic priorities, tracking milestones, deadlines, risks and accountability
- Coordinate activities across Sales, Finance, HR, Operations, Marketing, Procurement, Technical and other departments
- Prepare decision papers, performance dashboards and action trackers for leadership
- Monitor commitments and ensure decisions translate into action
- Identify commercial opportunities, strategic accounts and cross-selling opportunities
- Lead or support negotiations, strategic contracts, partnerships and growth initiatives
- Support market-entry, new-channel and corporate-development opportunities
- Perform other strategic and executive duties as assigned
Requirements
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in strategy, transformation, business performance, commercial leadership, operations or a similar field
- Experience in building systems, industrial products, real estate/construction, consulting, conglomerates or complex B2B environments is an advantage
- Strong commercial and financial literacy
- Excellent negotiation, partnership development, stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Strong analytical ability, sound judgement and confidence in engaging senior leadership
- Female candidates are preferred for gender balance
