Data Entry Operator Expired

Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc (FMN) is recruiting a Data Entry Operator for its B2C Supply Chain team in Agbara.

• Enter, update, and maintain data in company systems, databases, and spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy
• Verify, validate, and cross-check data to identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, and missing information
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive business information in line with company policies and standards
• Retrieve, compile, and provide data reports for internal and external stakeholders as required
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical records to ensure easy retrieval and proper documentation
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure data integrity, consistency, and completeness across systems

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Excellent organizational and record-management skills
• Ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify data inconsistencies

• Minimum of OND in Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Management, or any related discipline

• Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in data entry, records management, administrative support, or a related role
• Experience in a structured corporate, logistics, manufacturing, or FMCG environment will be an added advantage
