Beveledge Interior Designs is a Nigerian furniture manufacturer and full-service interior design firm. The brand produces bespoke and ready furniture and delivers residential and commercial interior projects across Nigeria, with operations including Wawa, Ogun State (Lagos-Ibadan Expressway).
About the Role
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients after payment confirmation, managing orders, production coordination, delivery, and post-sales engagement to ensure a seamless customer experience. Full-time, onsite in Wawa, Ogun State.
Key Responsibilities
- Order confirmation and client onboarding
- Production and commissioning follow-up
- Client communication and updates
- Quality control coordination
- Logistics and delivery coordination
- Post-sales and customer experience management
- Client engagement and relationship management
- Reporting and documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in customer service, sales support, or client relationship management
- Experience in interior design, furniture, manufacturing, or construction is an advantage
- OND/HND/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields
- Proficiency in CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic reporting
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, email, SMS platforms, and social media
- Age: 27-40 years
- Proximity to Wawa is an added advantage
Compensation
NGN 150,000-200,000 per month.
Location
Onsite in Wawa, Ogun State, Nigeria (Lagos-Ibadan Expressway). Full-time.
