Hitech Construction Company Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making and improve operational efficiency through accurate reporting, data management and performance tracking
Job Details

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, analyse and interpret data to generate actionable insights
- Design and maintain automated Microsoft Excel dashboards and tracking systems
- Use advanced Excel formulas, including LET, IF and SEARCH, alongside conditional formatting and data validation
- Classify outages, monitor restoration progress and generate operational reports
- Manage financial records, operational documentation and escalation reports
- Develop reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs and identify performance trends
- Maintain data accuracy, integrity and confidentiality
- Support management decision-making through timely and reliable data analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics or a related field
- Proven experience in data analysis, reporting or a similar role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, dashboards and data validation
- Experience with financial records and operational reporting
- Knowledge of Power BI, SQL or other data analysis tools is an advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
