We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to conduct land measurements, prepare survey reports, and provide accurate data for construction and development projects
Job Details

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct land and site surveys using modern surveying equipment
- Prepare and maintain accurate survey data, maps, and reports
- Establish reference points and benchmarks for construction projects
- Interpret construction drawings and provide technical input
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers
- Monitor construction progress against survey data and maintain proper documentation
Requirements and Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction or real estate
- Proficiency in surveying software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or GIS tools
- Strong knowledge of land laws and surveying standards
- Ability to operate modern surveying instruments
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork abilities
