Program Details

• Location: Ilupeju, Lagos, Nigeria (6 months of training in Lagos)
• Work Arrangement: On-site
• Training begins: Monday, 11 January 2027, with all successful candidates starting together as one cohort
• After training, work posting can be to any state in Nigeria. Applicants from all 36 states are welcome

Rotation Areas

Past trainees have rotated through the following functions

• Sales
• Marketing
• Sales Operations
• Procurement
• Demand and Supply Planning
• Logistics and Warehouse
• Laboratory Management Services
• Business Development

Requirements

• Minimum of a Second Class Upper degree in Medical Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Engineering, Business Management or Finance from a recognized university
• Willing to relocate locally for both short and long term
• 0-2 years of working experience
• Must have completed NYSC
• An enthusiastic, can-do attitude
• Adaptable and able to handle and embrace change
• Initiative, courage and openness to embrace and lead change
• A strong drive to succeed, coupled with the ability to think creatively
• Excellent communication skills
