Broiler Farm Manager

We seek an experienced Broiler Farm Manager to oversee broiler production, processing, cold-chain management, storage, and dispatch while ensuring quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance

Job Details

• Location: Epe, Lagos State
• Work Arrangement: On-site
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Reports to: Managing Director

Key Responsibilities

• Manage flock cycles, slaughter plans, and daily production
• Supervise processing, packaging, chilling, and cold storage
• Enforce HACCP, GMP, SSOP, hygiene, and biosecurity standards
• Monitor yields, costs, stock, maintenance, and production KPIs
• Lead staff, coordinate dispatch, and prepare performance reports

Requirements

• BSc or HND in Animal Science, Poultry Technology, Food Science, or a related field
• 5-10+ years of experience in broiler processing and cold-chain operations
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SSOP, and production systems
• Strong leadership, reporting, and maintenance-coordination skills
