Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Promote company products and engineering solutions to prospective clients
- Follow up on customer requests, manage corporate accounts, and maintain interaction records
- Guide clients in selecting suitable engineering products and solutions
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities in Abuja
Requirements
- BSc/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service and sales/telemarketing, preferably in engineering, construction, or oil and gas
- Strong communication, persuasion, and customer relationship skills
- Proven ability to meet sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and productivity software
- Familiarity with Abuja's corporate and industrial business landscape is an advantage
