Fadac Resources is recruiting an experienced Operations Lead for a client in the FMCG and luxury retail space to oversee daily operations, warehouse activities, inventory management, and logistics while driving efficiency and ensuring smooth business operations

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, warehouse activities, and logistics coordination
- Manage inventory, stock control, warehousing, order fulfilment, and product distribution
- Monitor operational costs, resource utilisation, and team performance
- Supervise warehouse and operations staff, ensuring productivity and accountability
- Coordinate with sales, procurement, finance, and supply chain teams
- Track operational KPIs, prepare reports, and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies, warehouse safety standards, and operational procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 7-8 years of relevant experience in operations and warehouse management, preferably within FMCG or luxury retail
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehousing, logistics, and cost management
- Excellent leadership, organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and relevant inventory or warehouse management systems
Salary
NGN 600,000 - 850,000 per month
