Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- CIPM or CIPD membership
- Minimum of 5 years' post-degree experience

- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, metrics, and analytics
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational, and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
- High standards of integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct
