Quidax Foundry Early Career Program (Cohort 2027)

Quidax, a crypto exchange on a mission to make crypto easy for everyone, is recruiting the second cohort of The Quidax Foundry, its 12-month entry-level early careers program for recent graduates who want to build something real in crypto and fintech in Africa. Foundlings build, sell and grow from day one, solving real business problems and learning directly from the Quidax team, with the goal of growing into the engineers, analysts, operators and leaders the company needs for the long run

Program Details

• Location: Lagos, Nigeria (Quidax team works remotely)
• Duration: 12 months, full-time
• Department: CEO's Office
• Eligibility: graduates of 2025 or 2026 from any discipline (not restricted to STEM or Finance)

What You Will Do

• Rotate through two four-month stretches on teams solving live problems, not shadowing or busywork
• Spend the final two months owning a project end to end
• Take on real responsibility on problems that matter to a business operating across multiple African markets and beyond
• Handle groundwork that is sometimes unglamorous before getting to the exciting part

What You Will Experience

• Hands-on learning, building new product features and sales campaigns
• Rotations across teams for a 360-degree view of tech, product, growth and customer experience
• Coaching from a Quidax coach and a buddy who has walked the same path
• Ownership of projects, decisions and direct contribution to company goals

Selection Process

• Step 1: Online application with a short video submission (part of the application is optional)
• Step 2: Online assessment of problem-solving and communication style
• Step 3: Assessment centre (group assessment day) on teamwork and collaboration
• Step 4: Final interview with your future colleagues
