Sales & Marketing Supervisor

YSG Chicken Co. Nigeria Limited, a growing poultry business, is seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing Supervisor to lead sales activities, coordinate marketing campaigns, acquire new customers, and drive revenue growth across retail and wholesale channels

• Location: Oyo State
• Job Type: Full-time, Onsite
• Experience: 3 - 7 years
• Compensation: NGN 200,000 - 300,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise sales and marketing activities across retail outlets
• Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
• Acquire wholesale and institutional customers, including hotels, restaurants, schools, supermarkets, and distributors
• Lead, motivate, and monitor sales personnel and field marketers
• Execute promotional campaigns and customer acquisition initiatives
• Build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitors
• Ensure compliance with pricing, sales policies, and payment procedures
• Prepare regular sales and marketing reports

Requirements

• HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in FMCG, poultry, frozen foods, or food distribution
• 1 - 2 years' supervisory or team leadership experience
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and acquire customers
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and customer relationship skills
• Knowledge of field marketing, retail sales, and wholesale distribution
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Willingness to travel for customer visits and field supervision
• Must be proactive, target-driven, honest, and accountable
