Partnership Officer (Pharma, FMCG and Corporates)

Ekini White Tulip Consulting Limited is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing healthcare organisation seeking a commercially minded Partnership Officer to build partnerships with pharmaceutical companies, FMCG brands, and corporate organisations to support healthcare campaigns and community outreach

Job Details

• Location: Lagos
• Job Type: Full-time, Onsite
• Job Field: Sales / Business Development
• Compensation: NGN 200,000 monthly plus commissions and bonuses

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate, and secure partnership agreements with pharmaceutical companies and other businesses
• Plan and execute co-branded health campaigns, screenings, and medicine donation activities
• Coordinate product launches and nationwide activation campaigns
• Build relationships with corporate brands and convert CSR budgets into healthcare partnerships
• Manage partnerships from initial contact through execution and final reporting

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or pharmaceutical representative roles
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and networking skills
• Ability to write proposals and deliver presentations confidently
• Experience managing and growing corporate partnerships

Compensation

• Fixed monthly salary of NGN 200,000
• 5% commission on professional fees from secured CSR or activation contracts
• One-time bonus for securing a CSR partnership with a non-pharmaceutical company
