Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for client vacancies
• Coordinate recruitment processes and conduct initial screenings and interviews
• Liaise between clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain a candidate database and build professional networks
• Work with clients to define recruitment requirements and selection criteria

Requirements

• First degree in a numerate or business-related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in HR or Business Development
• Strong networking skills and ability to promote company services
• Consulting experience is an advantage
