Westfield Consulting is seeking a proactive HR Officer to provide recruitment, employee administration, performance management, and HR support to client organizations

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
• Maintain staff records, personnel files, and employee attendance
• Manage leave administration, probation reviews, promotions, and employee exits
• Support performance appraisals, KPI administration, and salary review recommendations
• Coordinate staff training, induction, and employee engagement activities
• Enforce workplace policies and handle HR administrative duties

Requirements

• First degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2-3 years of relevant HR experience; HR consulting experience is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple priorities
