Domeo Resources International (DRI) is seeking a dependable and experienced Night Manager to oversee hotel operations during night shifts, ensuring excellent guest service, staff supervision, security and accurate financial reporting

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee night-shift operations across front office, housekeeping, security, and food and beverage
- Supervise check-ins, check-outs, reservations, guest enquiries and complaint resolution
- Conduct night audits, reconcile daily transactions and ensure accurate financial records
- Monitor hotel security, coordinate emergency responses and document incidents
- Supervise night-shift staff and ensure compliance with hotel policies and service standards
- Monitor room occupancy, maintenance issues, cleanliness and service delivery
- Prepare shift reports and ensure proper handover to the morning team
Requirements
- OND, HND or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in hotel operations, front office management or guest services
- Night-shift hotel management experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of hotel reservations, night audits, cash handling and revenue reconciliation
- Familiarity with hotel management systems, POS systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends and public holidays
