Key Responsibilities
- Handle requests from users and leads about Codekeeper services and accounts
- Support customers in connecting their source code management platforms
- Guide leads with questions via email and website chat
- Draft inspection reports for customers
- Draft and prepare legal agreements that reflect customer requirements for manager review
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer success or a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents and familiarity with LegalTech concepts
- Excellent written English
- Proficiency with modern web tools such as Google Docs
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
