A security services company is seeking an experienced Head of Operations to oversee security operations across multiple locations, ensuring effective deployment of security personnel, service quality, regulatory compliance and operational efficiency

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations and service delivery across all locations
• Manage the deployment, performance and supervision of security personnel
• Drive operational efficiency, cost control and compliance with client service-level agreements
• Manage operational risks, security incidents and escalations
• Collaborate with HR on recruitment, vetting, training and revalidation of security personnel
• Monitor operational KPIs and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
• Prepare operational reports, performance reviews and forecasts
• Build strong client relationships and ensure consistent service delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Security Studies, Criminology or a related field
• A Master's degree in Security Studies or a related discipline is required
• Minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience in security operations, including 5 to 7 years in a similar leadership role
• Proven experience managing large, multi-site security teams
• Strong knowledge of security operations, risk management, compliance and operational KPIs
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, incident management and communication skills
• Relevant professional security certifications are an added advantage
