Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging online French lessons to individuals or small groups
- Prepare lesson plans aligned with the curriculum
- Assess students' performance and provide feedback
- Use digital teaching tools effectively
- Maintain a professional and distraction-free teaching environment
- Ensure punctuality and consistency with scheduled classes
- Upload lesson materials and reports as required
- Communicate students' progress to parents or guardians when necessary
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree; Education or a related field is preferred
- At least 2 years of teaching experience, online or offline
- Experience working with children or teenagers
- Reliable laptop, stable internet connection and clear-audio headset
- Quiet and professional teaching environment
- Strong communication, teaching and virtual classroom management skills
- Proficiency in Zoom, Google Meet and other online teaching tools
- Patience, creativity and ability to simplify complex concepts
- Willingness to undergo training and class observation
- Familiarity with international curricula is an advantage
- Teaching certifications are an added advantage
