A leading co-educational group of schools in Nigeria is seeking a creative Social Media Lead to manage its digital presence, showcase campus life, strengthen community engagement, and support student enrollment through effective digital campaigns

Key Responsibilities

• Create and edit high-quality photos, videos, Reels, TikToks, and graphics covering school activities and achievements
• Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and X
• Develop engaging content for social media, newsletters, website updates, and parent communications
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital content
• Plan content calendars around school events, academic terms, and admission cycles
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and enquiries
• Track social media performance and use analytics to improve campaigns
• Collaborate with school leadership, teachers, and event coordinators to cover school activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Media, Marketing, English, or a related field
• 2 - 4 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
• Practical photography, video editing, and graphic design skills using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or Photoshop
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, web analytics, and social media scheduling tools
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong creativity, organization, and interpersonal skills
