Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Chef to prepare high-quality meals while maintaining excellent standards of taste, hygiene, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and required standards.
- Plan menus and manage food ingredients effectively.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Monitor food stock and minimize wastage.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food items.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and follow health and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
