About this role
POWERCHINA is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious *Drilling Machine Operator* to operate and maintain drilling equipment for geotechnical and site investigation projects. The ideal candidate will ensure drilling activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with project specifications.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Operate drilling machines and related equipment safely and efficiently.
* Set up, inspect, and maintain drilling equipment before and after use.
* Carry out drilling operations according to project requirements.
* Monitor equipment performance and report faults or maintenance needs.
* Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
* Keep accurate records of drilling activities and equipment usage.
* Assist with general site operations as required.
*Requirements*
* Minimum of SSCE, OND, or a relevant technical qualification.
* Previous experience operating drilling machines is an added advantage.
* Good knowledge of drilling equipment and safety procedures.
* Physically fit and willing to work on project sites.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
