JOB VACANCY: LOAN & RELATIONSHIP OFFICER
Bosak Microfinance Bank Limited is seeking motivated and target-driven individuals to join our team as Loan Officers.
Compensation
Salary: 130k - 150k based on experience
Weekly Transportation Stipend
HMO
13th Month
Leave Allowance
Hybrid Work: 1 day work-from-home per week
📍 This is a FIELD-BASED role. Successful candidates will be assigned to areas within reasonable proximity to their residence and will be responsible for customer acquisition, loan marketing and portfolio management within their assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct field marketing and acquire prospective customers within the assigned territory.
* Market and promote the Bank’s loan and financial products.
* Onboard new customers and build strong customer relationships.
* Conduct pre-loan training and customer orientation.
* Assist customers with account opening and loan application documentation.
* Ensure accurate completion and prompt submission of loan documentation.
* Monitor customer loan accounts and ensure timely weekly repayments.
* Follow up on overdue and defaulting customers.
* Support loan recovery activities on delinquent accounts.
* Deliver customers’ passbooks and ID cards as required.
* Provide appropriate financial advisory support to customers.
* Maintain accurate customer and loan records.
* Achieve assigned loan disbursement and portfolio targets.
* Ensure compliance with the Bank’s policies, procedures and operational requirements.
Requirements
* Minimum of NCE, OND, HND or Bachelor’s degree.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
* Ability to work independently and engage customers in the field.
* Target-driven and results-oriented.
* Willingness to work in a field-based environment.
Location:
Yaba, Shomolu, Bariga, Ketu, Ojota, Okokomaiko, Iba, Agbara.
