About the company Show or hide details
Estrada International Staffing Solutions isn't just a company — it's the realization of a bold dream.
We began as a niche recruitment firm, helping reputable brands solve critical hiring needs. Our team was small, but our results were mighty. Every placement was more than a hire — it was a story of aligned interest, positive connection and impact.
In 2021, a seed of transformation was planted. By January 2023, Estrada evolved into a full-service HR consulting firm, offering a broader spectrum of people-focused solutions — from recruitment to strategic workforce development.
Today, we are proud to be more than talent matchmakers. We are growth partners, working side-by-side with organizations across industries — multinationals, indigenous SMEs, and ambitious startups — to build teams, cultures, and systems that thrive.
Our goal is clear:
To build a global HR firm. But we know we can't do it alone. We're looking to partner with visionary individuals and organizations ready to invest in people, drive change, and lead with purpose.
At Estrada, we believe in:
● Excellence as a Standard
● Relationships that Matter
● Adaptability in a Changing World
Our track record of successful partnerships and our commitment to continuous improvement are what set us apart.
So, whether you're looking to hire, train, or transform your team, consider us your gateway to a world of boundless HR opportunities.

How You'll Make an ImpactWe are looking for a charismatic, high-energy, and deeply strategic Business Development Manager who speaks the language of corporate expansion fluently. You are far more than a traditional sales leader; you are an architect of high-value corporate ecosystems, an expert hunter for big-ticket clienteles, and an empowering developer of talent.
Your mandate is twofold: market dominance and team elevation. You will lead a high-performing sales team to aggressive client acquisition, capturing enterprise-scale contracts across our full service suite—Recruitment, Outsourcing, Background Checks, L&D, Salary Benchmarking, and HR Advisory.
Beyond initial client acquisition and onboarding, you see the bigger picture: building enduring, multi-layered strategic partnerships, alliances, and joint growth initiatives that make EISS indispensable. If you bring a proven track record of landing high-volume enterprise accounts, closing big-ticket deals, and building an elite BD engine from the ground up, this is your platform.
What You Will Do
Aggressive Client Acquisition & Big-Ticket Enterprise Sales
-
Market Acquisition Engine: Drive aggressive, multi-channel client acquisition strategies to win tier-1 corporate clients, multinationals, and high-growth enterprises.
-
Big-Ticket Deal Structuring: Lead complex enterprise negotiations, closing high-value retainers, high-volume recruitment mandates, and large-scale outsourcing projects.
-
Pipeline Velocity: Manage high-volume deal pipelines with analytical rigor, ensuring constant inflow, quick conversion cycles, and high win rates.
Strategic Partnerships Beyond Onboarding
-
Ecosystem Alliances: Build and cultivate long-term strategic partnerships (industry associations, corporate alliances, HR tech ecosystems, and trade groups) that go far beyond standard sales onboarding.
-
Account Expansion & LTV Growth: Map long-term growth roadmaps for enterprise accounts, driving cross-selling and up-selling across all EISS business units to maximize client Lifetime Value (LTV).
-
Strategic Retainers: Structure enduring advisory and workforce partnerships that position EISS as a permanent, embedded strategic advisor.
Building & Managing a High-Performance Team
-
Talent Development & Coaching: Recruit, mentor, and build a world-class, high-velocity BD team, establishing clear KPIs, high-accountability cultures, and continuous performance coaching.
-
Sales Enablement & Rigor: Conduct regular sales training, pipeline reviews, and deal-deck audits, equipping your team with the tools to handle complex enterprise sales conversations.
-
Leadership Culture: Conduct monthly leadership feedback loops and team health checks to maintain low turnover, high morale, and peak team performance.
Proposal, SLA & Operational Oversight
-
Bid & Proposal Governance: Oversee the drafting and delivery of high-stakes bids, RFPs, and complex commercial proposals, ensuring flawless quality and alignment with client strategy.
-
SLA & Revenue Reporting: Manage quarterly SLA audits and deliver comprehensive monthly reporting to the CRO on pipeline health, revenue realization, and market intelligence.
Professional & Technical Strengths
-
Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc) in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
-
Post-Graduate: An MBA is a significant advantage.
-
Enterprise Acquisition Track Record: Proven history of hunting, pitching, and winning big-ticket clients and high-volume corporate accounts.
-
Partnership Architect: Experience in building multi-faceted strategic alliances and long-term ecosystem partnerships beyond basic vendor onboarding.
-
People Leadership: Demonstrated ability to build, structure, and scale a high-performance sales team from the ground up.
-
Professional Membership in a recognized marketing or sales body (e.g., NIMN or ISMMN) is a plus.
-
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in corporate business partnerships across any sector, or management consulting, HR Consulting or structured start up space.
-
Communication: "Fluid" communication skills; you are as comfortable in a boardroom as you are on a discovery call.
-
Analytical Mindset: You drive performance through data, not just intuition.
