About this role
Hanchu ESS Nigeria | Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Kano, Onitsha/Enugu | Full-time
Join Hanchu ESS Nigeria and help deliver reliable energy storage solutions for a cleaner, brighter future.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support for installation, commissioning and maintenance of HanChu ESS systems (inverters, batteries and related products)
Conduct site assessments and technical feasibility checks
Support distributors, installers and customers with product training and troubleshooting
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance
Work with the sales team to ensure successful project delivery
Prepare technical reports and customer feedback
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical, Electronic or Power Engineering, or a related field
Technical experience in solar inverters, battery energy storage or renewable energy (2+ years preferred)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good communication and customer support skills
Willingness to travel within the region
