Community & Lead Operations Specialist

Join HANCHU ESS Nigeria to manage our online inquiries and turn them into sales leads.
Responsibilities
Manage WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok inquiries
Identify installers, distributors and household customers
Assign leads to sales and track outcomes
Targets
First response within 15 minutes during working hours
100% lead registration and assignment
Requirements
1+ year in customer service, community management or lead handling
Fast, clear and polite communication
Good with spreadsheets or CRM tools
Organised and reliable under pressure
