About this role
HANCHU ESS Nigeria is recruiting a Video Content Creator to showcase energy storage systems, solar installations, field deployments, and customer stories across Nigeria.
This creative field production role is responsible for documenting clean energy technology, filming hardware installations, recording customer feedback, and editing short-form video content to build consumer trust and market awareness.
Key Responsibilities-
Field Videography & Site Filming: Visit installation sites, solar projects, product stores, and testing centers to shoot high-quality, authentic video footage of technicians and hardware.

Customer Testimonials & Case Studies: Interview clients and solar installers on-site to produce compelling video stories highlighting product reliability and savings.

Video Editing & Post-Production: Perform basic and advanced video editing, color correction, and audio cleanup for short-form digital channels.

Monthly Content Quota Delivery: Execute a structured monthly production plan delivering:

16 to 24 original short-form promotional/technical videos.

4 comprehensive customer testimonial or installation site case study videos.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree, HND, or OND in Mass Communication, Media Production, Cinematography, Digital Marketing, or a related field (relevant practical portfolio is heavily weighted).

Work Experience & Technical Portfolio: Proven track record with a portfolio of short-form video projects (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or corporate field documentaries).

Equipment & Travel Readiness: Access to a sturdy tripod and professional editing suite (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut); willingness to travel to off-site solar installation locations across Nigeria.
