-
Cross-Team Coordination & Task Tracking: Monitor internal communication channels, shared group chats, and email inboxes. Act as a multi-department liaison to follow up on outstanding action items and vet operational data before it reaches management.
-
Procurement Support: Source and buy office equipment and active materials, maintain organized supplier registers, and scale into broader corporate procurement structures as the business expands.
-
Process Improvement: Actively spot procedural bottlenecks, suggest tech-driven workflow improvements, and take full ownership of operational challenges through to resolution.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Accounting, Economics, Management, or a related business-analytical discipline.

-
Analytical & Numerical Acumen: Strong problem-solving instincts, comfortable working extensively with numbers, and an ability to make sound operational recommendations based on cold data.
