A fast-growing luxury retail and fashion accessories company is recruiting a full-time Head of Accounts to lead its finance function.

Salary: ₦500,000 – ₦700,000 monthly (based on experience)

Financial Reporting & Statements: Prepare monthly management accounts, profit and loss statements, and comprehensive financial reports.

General Ledger & Record Accuracy: Oversee general ledger management, reconciliations, and overall financial record integrity.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop annual operating budgets, expenditure plans, and financial forecasts.

Payroll & Statutory Remittances: Manage employee payroll and ensure timely statutory remittances and tax compliance.

Team Supervision & Audit Liaison: Supervise the Accounts Officer, provide overall financial team leadership, and liaise with internal/external auditors.

Degree: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline.

Professional Qualification: ICAN, ACA, ACCA, CFA, or an equivalent professional credential.

Years of Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in accounting, finance, audit, or financial control.

Technical Knowledge: Strong command of IFRS, taxation standards, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Software Tools: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.

Core Competencies: Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills paired with high integrity and detail orientation.
