This is a full-time, fully remote position in Nigeria focused on leading learning delivery, mentoring participants, evaluating technical projects, and refining curricula across diverse data and technology tracks.

• Facilitation & Instruction: Lead training sessions, workshops, and practical labs tailored to both beginner and advanced learners in your domain of expertise.

• Mentorship & Assessment: Mentor participants, grade hands-on case studies and portfolio projects, and provide actionable feedback to ensure job readiness.

• Curriculum Improvement: Review, update, and enhance course modules to reflect current industry standards, software tools, and best practices.

• Learner Engagement & Support: Drive participant retention, support learning communities, and foster student success throughout the learning lifecycle.

• Proven subject-matter expertise and hands-on professional experience in one or more of the specified learning tracks.

• Prior experience in teaching, training, academic instruction, technical mentorship, or curriculum development is highly desirable.

• Exceptional communication, public speaking, and presentation skills suited for online instructional environments.

• Strong commitment to participant development, employability support, and EdTech innovation.
