IT Operations Lead

PeopleOS, on behalf of Splashers Technologies Limited, is recruiting an IT Operations Lead. This is a fully remote mid-management leadership position based in Ikeja, Lagos, responsible for owning service delivery, cloud/infrastructure availability, identity and access management, and vendor operations across a portfolio of managed IT accounts.

• Service Delivery & SLA Management: Own contracted SLAs across client accounts, lead annual SLA renewal cycles, produce monthly/quarterly service quality reports, and chair client service review meetings.

• Infrastructure & Platform Operations: Maintain multi-tenant cloud infrastructure availability, endpoint compliance, software licensing, low-code platform lifecycles, and configuration asset records.

• Access Control & Security Controls: Oversee identity and access management (MFA/SSO enforcement, clean offboarding, credential hygiene) and collaborate with InfoSec on audit findings and remediation tracking.

• Vendor & Commercial Management: Manage supplier contracts, track spend against budget, optimize vendor performance, and support billing accuracy and collection records.

• Team Leadership: Manage IT operations staff, drive accountability, escalate issues early, and maintain thorough written documentation.

• Experience: Minimum 4+ years in IT operations, service delivery, or systems administration, with at least 2+ years leading a team or owning a service function in a multi-client/MSP environment.

• Technical Depth: Hands-on command of cloud & identity platforms (Microsoft 365/Azure/AWS), endpoint management, network fundamentals, and ITSM platforms (queue config, SLA rules, automation).

• Governance & Controls: Practical experience with IT controls, audit trail management (access reviews, change logs, asset registers), and vendor contract management.

• Communication & Management Skills: Excellent written and oral communication; proven mid-level management ability to coordinate teams and manage client relationships independently.

• Nice-to-Have Skills: ITIL certification, cloud/security credentials, experience in regulated/uptime-critical sectors (FinTech, Aviation, EdTech), and low-code platform experience.
