About this role
Proten International—an international Human Resource and Management Consulting firm serving diverse sectors across Europe and Africa—is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Analyst (Hybrid) in Gbagada, Lagos State. This role manages full lifecycle recruitment assignments across multiple industries (FinTech, FMCG, IT, Banking, Telecoms), candidate sourcing, competency screening, talent pipeline development, client relationship management, and SLA compliance.
Key Responsibilities-
End-to-End Recruitment Management: Manage client hiring assignments across sectors and levels, sourcing talent via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and candidate databases.

Screening & Pipeline Development: Review CVs, conduct initial competency-based interviews, build talent pools across key industries, and manage feedback, offer negotiations, and onboarding.

Client Advisory & Account Management: Participate in client briefing sessions, deliver progress updates on active hiring pipelines, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

SLA & Delivery Metrics: Prioritize recruitment assignments based on urgency, meet set SLA targets and productivity expectations, and maintain quality to minimize re-sourcing.

Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related discipline.

Core Qualifications: 2+ years of experience sourcing across sectors such as FinTech, FMCG, IT, Banking, and Telecommunications.

Competencies: Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter/ATS platforms, candidate screening methodologies, salary negotiations, and client communication skills.
